Join the Endangered Ark Foundation in Celebrating their newest family member, Dori Marie’s 1st birthday on August 13, 2016 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm at the Endangered Ark Foundation in Hugo, OK.

Dori Marie joined the 2nd Largest Home of Endangered Asian Elephants in North America on July 28, 2015 weighing in at 324 lbs. Just like any baby, Dori Marie loves to eat and play, and she spends most of day trumpeting around with her bigger than life family. Guests and visitors will experience interactive and educational presentations during Dori’s celebration event. Exhibits will include information regarding Elephant Conservation and Preservation, as well as provide unique opportunities to meet the EAF residents up-close and personal. The Endangered Ark Foundation Board respects the intimate understanding of the bonds and partnerships formed between animals and humans, and the need for human involvement an action to save endangered animals. EAF believes that through education, observation, and preservation efforts, they will ensure that people will be able to experience the joy and wonder of Asian elephants for generations to come.

Endangered Ark Foundation is a private non-profit organization that was founded in 1993 by D.R. & Isla Miller. They sought to preserve the extremely endangered Asian Elephant, after more than six decades of caring, working with, and living with their elephants and other animals.
